We’re looking for a Junior Influencer Marketing Manager to join our growing marketing team.
This entry-level role is ideal for someone passionate about gaming, online content, and
community engagement. You’ll support our influencer marketing initiatives, help identify and
reach out to content creators, and assist in campaign coordination across platforms like
YouTube, Twitch, and TikTok.
You’ll work closely with our Head of Marketing to execute campaigns, manage
communications, and track performance, while learning the ins and outs of influencer
relations in the gaming industry.
Responsibilities
- Support the execution of influencer campaigns for upcoming game releases and
DLCs
- Research and identify suitable influencers across platforms (YouTube, Twitch, TikTok,
etc)
- Draft and send outreach messages, maintain communication, and help manage
creator relationships
- Track and organize influencer lists, campaign data, and performance metrics
- Coordinate key deliveries such as game codes, assets, and briefing materials
- Assist with campaign reports and post-mortems, summarizing creator activity and
results
- Monitor gaming and influencer trends to support creative campaign ideas.
- Work collaboratively with internal teams and external partners to ensure smooth
execution.
Requirements
- Passion for video games and understanding of gaming culture and platforms
- Strong communication and organizational skills
- Comfortable using spreadsheets, influencer databases, and social media tools
- Proactive, detail-oriented, and eager to learn in a fast-paced environment
- Fluency in English (additional languages are a plus)
Nice to Have
- Experience working with creators in the gaming space
- Familiarity with tools like Keymailer, Lurkit, Grin, or similar influencer platforms
- Basic understanding of campaign metrics (views, engagement, conversions, etc)
